Shipping
Most orders ship U.S. Postal Service unless specified otherwise. Orders under 5 lbs. and less than $150.00 in value may be shipped Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service). We must have a street address or "911" rural route address. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes. All orders are charged $#.## for handling.

Shipping is FOB from Lake Oswego, OR.

Upgrade to Simplified Flat-Rate Shipping for 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day UPS Deliveries in the Continental United States! Flat-rate UPS Next-Day, 2nd-Day and 3-Day shipping is available for packages of 20 lbs. or less.

Damaged Shipments
If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Contact Us and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Return Instructions

NewHopeGlass.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase, our services, and your charitable contribution. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center) for a full refund of the purchase price (if purchased by credit card, PayPal, or check/money order), minus the shipping & handling, unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Exchanges must be made within 30 days. If you purchased the item by making a contribution, you may return the item for a store credit.

After 30 days, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.

Returns by Mail

Here are the basic steps:

If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at 1-503-781-1581 for assistance.

Please read the information on your original packing slip.

Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.

If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
